Der Dämonenjäger hat einen ähnlichen Angriff (Vault), doch der bewegt sich nur schnell und springt nicht und deswegen kann er diese Hindernisse nicht überqueren. Das ist Blizzard bewusst und auch so gewollt. Hier der Link und die Zitate von Blizzard.
The Barbarian is able to Leap Attack anywhere that is pathable. This is to allow him to always enter combat with that ability. Although it can look weird with him jumping through walls, etc., it would be worse for the player to cast the spell, have him hit a wall, and spend that Fury doing nothing.

Schon irgendwie cool das auf solche Details geachtet wird. Allerdings könnte ich mir vorstellen, das Dämonenjäger Spieler darüber gar nicht erfreut sindIt has to do with how we designed our levels. Since the Barbarian literally leaves the ground, he is technically jumping over the bars/walls. The Demon Hunter always stays on the ground, so he will get blocked by stuff.
Also, the Barbarian is able to jump down off of some ledges to the floor below, depending on if he can land there. The Demon Hunter on the other hand cannot.
It's just a difference in how we designed their skills. Good question though!
