Patch 2.2: Neues Tränke-System

Spieler auf den Testrealms haben es bereits bemerkt. In den offiziellen Patchnotes zu Patch 2.2 steht es ebenfalls drinnen. Zu guter letzt hat sich Blizzard selbst nun zu den Änderungen am Tränke-System geäußert. In Diablo 3 droppen ab Patch 2.2 keine normalen Heiltränke mehr. Als Ersatz bekommen wir einen permanenten Heiltrank, welchen man immer wieder benutzen kann.

Als Grund wird die Erleichterung des Spielerlebnisses genannt. Durch die ursprüngliche Auto-Loot-Funktion wurden freie Plätze im Rucksack unnötig durch Heiltränke verbracht, was mit dieser Änderung nicht mehr der Fall sein wird.

A while back, we implemented auto-pickup for potions, which resulted in players hitting the stack cap for them quickly. A similar issue also popped up when we introduced Legendary potions. Rather than solving the problem with yet another UI check box, we went for a more elegant solution by simply giving you a permanent normal potion.

As with many quality of life changes in the game, this was the direct result of feedback from the community. In other words: "This quality of life change was brought to you by: the Diablo III design team, and players like you." :D
